Position Overview
We’re seeking a full-time Content Marketing Coordinator to support our digital and in-store marketing efforts through high-quality content creation, social media engagement, and brand storytelling. This is a hands-on, in-person role designed for a creative professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced luxury retail environment.
You’ll be instrumental in capturing the visual and emotional essence of the Heller brand through photography, video, and copy while contributing to the growth of our online presence and community.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Capture and edit high-quality photo and video content for use across social media, email campaigns, and our website
- Assist with weekly product and lifestyle content shoots, both planned and spontaneous
- Maintain an organized digital asset library for efficient access and use
- Support real-time content creation during in-store events and peak shopping hours (especially Fridays and Saturdays)
Social Media & Digital Strategy
- Help execute a strategic content calendar across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Write compelling captions and schedule posts using Later or similar platforms
- Monitor social media performance, engagement, and trends; report insights and recommend improvements
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in visual aesthetics, audio, and platform features—especially within the luxury and lifestyle space
Campaign & Brand Marketing
- Contribute to the execution of product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events
- Assist in designing creative assets for emails, signage, social media, and the web using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels
In-Store & Event Support
- Assist with in-store activations and events—including setup, behind-the-scenes content, and client hospitality
- Work closely with the sales team to highlight key client moments and in-store storytelling opportunities
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in content marketing, digital media, or social media management (internships welcome)
- Strong photo/video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva
- Excellent eye for composition, detail, and luxury brand aesthetics
- Clear and concise writing style for social captions and campaign copy
- Organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic setting
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Constant Contact, Later, Monday.com, and Microsoft 365
- Experience in retail, fashion, or luxury/lifestyle brands is a strong plus
