This position will play a vital role in providing fast and friendly transactions to customers in person, via phone and through the mail. This position will also answer members’ questions regarding Credit Union services and actively cross-sell other products and services. Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing monetary transactions, which involves logging checks and preparing transaction reports
- Counting and packaging currency
- Reconciling cash drawers
- Opening new accounts and helping with loan applications
- Promoting the credit union's products and services
- Keeping members’ personal information confidential
- Communicating effectively and professionally with other team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Previous cash handling experience required

- Thurs: 8:00AM-12PM
- Fri: 10AM-2PM
- Periodic Saturday Coverage: 8:45AM-12:15PM
