- Culture & People
- Model and enforce a no-gossip, all-team culture; build inclusion one employee at a time.
- Recruit, coach, and performance-manage 60-80 estheticians across 6 locations each.
- Lead weekly stand-ups, quarterly town-halls, and 1:1 development plans.
- Operations & Growth
- Hit revenue, membership, and retention targets; analyze P&L for each salon and course-correct fast.
- Execute new-store openings, remodels, and brand standards audits.
- Drive KPI dashboards (rebooks, retail %, client NPS) and report straight to ownership.
- Training & Quality
- Certify teams on waxing, laser, and med-spa protocols (we’ll train you on the technical).
- Ensure 100 % state-board compliance and safety checklists.
- Roll out promotions and product launches with zero service disruption.
- Problem-Solving
- See an issue → own it → solve it. From scheduling gaps to supply chain hiccups, you’re the fixer.
- 3 years managing multiple locations (retail, hospitality, fitness, or QSR).
- Proven track record of beating KPIs while improving team engagement.
- Comfortable being in-salon 5 days/week and driving ~60 % of the time.
- Sharp communicator—can rally a room, send a concise Slack, and defuse conflict fast.
- Eligible to work in the U.S.; valid driver’s license.
- Experience in beauty, med-spa, or health-club industries.
- Spanish fluency.
- Process-improvement certifications (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Performance bonus up to $13 k/year.
