Responsibilities :
- Assist the sales team in generating leads and follow up on potential customer inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the car-buying process
- Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in choosing the right vehicle
- Coordinate and schedule test drives for customers
- Assist in processing paperwork, financing, and insurance documentation
- Handle customer complaints and find appropriate resolutions
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
Requirements :
