Helping Hand Behavioral Health, located in Galloway, NJ, is seeking a full time CLINICAL PROGRAM DIRECTOR for our Mental Health Outpatient and Partial Care Programs. The schedule for the position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm.

Responsibilities include:

• Working collaboratively with our team in implementation of recovery plans
• Administration and staff recruitment
• Monitoring of service delivery
• Cultural competence
• Liaison services to community agencies

Requirements:

• Master's Degree
• 2 years of mental health experience
• LPC, LCSW or LMFT
