What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential-APC Case Manager Liaison position at Helping Hand Behavioral Health?

This full-time entry level Case Manager position serves as a liaison between the Adult Partial Care Program in Galloway with Oceanview Group Home in Atlantic City. Position will work between both locations. involves: medication administration, group facilitation, case management, participation in recovery planning, and some transportation.
To be considered for this position, you must have at least one of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in the Human Services field, or
- Associate's degree AND two (2) years' experience in providing Human Services, or
- Five (5) years' of Human Service experience, or
- Possess a relevant professional credential such as Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Procedure (CPRP), Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC), Bachelor's degree in rehabilitation or Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Applicants with one (1) year of experience of pre-vocational / supported employment / job coach experience in addition to the qualifications stated above are preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between locations
