Caregiving does not require experience or certifications, only the willingness and ability to help others in their daily lives with the help of a written care plan.

Qualifications :
- Must complete the agency's employment process.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must exhibit maturity, responsible behavior, and understand consumer confidentiality.
- Must be able to follow directions, and work as a team.
- Must pass drug screen
Duties :
- Planning and preparing meals (some with dietary restriction)
- Housekeeping includes vacuuming, cleaning kitchen and bathroom, laundry and bed linens.
- Providing companionship, and stimulation for the consumer (reading, walks)
- Accompanying the consumer to appointments (If needed).
- Grocery shopping, or other errands when needed (If approved.)
- Perform any personal care for the consumer as needed.
- Assist with ambulation(walking) when consumer uses mechanical aids such as a walker.
- Other duties as assigned.
