We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to help provide nursing shifts our adult and pediatric patients with ventilators and trachs.

Do you have home care experience? We are looking for compassionate, dedicated and well-rounded Licensed Practical Nurses who can uphold our standards and culture.
Qualifications :
Current and clear NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Minimum 1 year home health experience
Provide Ventilator (vent) and Tracheostomy (trach) care
Monitor patients and report on their condition as per patient’s Plan of Care
