Your skills
- 2 years of proven experience as a Level 2 IT Support Technician or similar role.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and common enterprise applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk).
- Familiarity with imaging tools and deployment processes (e.g., MDT, SCCM).
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and virtualization (e.g., Azure, VMware).
