What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Administrator position at Hendrickson?
Position Purpose:
Administer RGA’s, credits, and all non-RGA related credits in accordance with associated operating procedures. Also initiate all OFI’s (Opportunity for Improvement) and CC’s (Customer Comments) for the division. Review relevant No Charge Shippers to determine if OFI/CC is required and process accordingly. Assist in the investigation of receivable disputes. Participate in audits.
Essential Functions:
Education and Training
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred (or similar experience).
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
- Mechanical inclination.
- PC skills required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email). KBM/AS400 skills a plus.
Physical Demands
- Extensive sitting to perform tasks.
Environmental Conditions
- Office setting
