Job Description

The Production Operator, Polishing is responsible for operating and maintaining polishing equipment to produce high-quality finished products. The operator will work with a team to ensure that production goals are met while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate polishing equipment to produce high-quality finished products
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Work with a team to meet production goals
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience operating polishing equipment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
