Directly interact, communicate with TOP external customers to value sell Henkel’s adhesives.

The role will support our structural bonding team for electronic manufacturing.
YOUR ROLE
- Contributes to strategic, tactical planning. Identifies, drives new business development activities.
- Supports R&D projects critical to business.
- Generates test plans and/or experiments.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations on projects/technologies for external customer, internal teams and management.
- Identify new opportunities for product development and work with development project teams to bring these opportunities to market.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's. Degree in Chemical Engineering or Material Science.
- 5 years experience epoxies, silicones or adhesives.
- Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership, sense of urgency, self-starter – takes the initiative.
- Customer support experience (providing product application training).
- Potential for up to 30% overnight travel per year.
Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
