YOUR ROLE
The Manufacturing Supervisor is empowered to make decisions regarding:
- Coordination of the on-shift work force.
- Immediate correction of safety hazards.
- Administration of Henkel’s policies and procedures.
- Manufacturing personnel issues. Progressive discipline of Employees and Temporaries.
- Implementation of continuous improvement (HPS) programs as directed by the Plant and/or Production Manager.
