YOUR ROLE
- The Technical Customer Service Formulating Chemist will aid in the formulation of current product portfolio, assist in CCSM projects as well as conduct specification testing to extend portfolio for new opportunities.
- This role will also provide accurate technical reports and information on products, equipment, and services offered by Henkel to customers, field sales representatives, and other Henkel personnel.
- Review and understand complex customer components and projects and give sound technical design and technology advice to customers, field sales representatives, and other Henkel personnel.
- 15– 20% travel to customers in support of specific projects and applications is required.
- Expand knowledge of Henkel Sales System (SAP / ACE) and work with representatives to ensure that the projects are up to date and become a key member of sales projects.
