Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our reputable car dealership. As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of dealership operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient sales processes, and effective team management. Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve dealership goals and objectives.

• Manage dealership finances and budget, including forecasting, expense control, and revenue generation.
• Review financial statements and reports to assess dealership performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Negotiate with vendors, financial institutions, and OEMs to optimize dealership profitability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations, sales techniques, and financial principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and implement effective strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or related field (preferred).
• Certification from manufacturer-specific training programs (e.g., GM, Ford, Toyota) is advantageous.
