Henning Group is in a dynamic growth stage and is accepting applications for a CNC Machine Operator, under the apprenticeship of former Professional Pistol Shooter, Henning Wallgren. We manufacture our original and OEM lines of functional and innovative products that improve the shooting experience. We believe in:

We are looking for energetic individuals to help run and grow our business. Must meet
State and Federal requirements for handling and possessing firearms. The selected team member will be someone that enjoys working with and is competent with high end CNC machines, is able to work three 12-hour shifts, or four 10-hour shifts, in a machine shop environment for 36 hours a week and quickly learn new production techniques. Overtime is available for those that qualify.
Qualified applicants need to have a positive attitude, good communication skills, be self-motivated, coachable, and can work autonomously. Those who perform in this role will see an increase in pay and responsibility as it is earned. We offer health insurance.
Knowledge of firearms and absolute support of the Second Amendment is required, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks in a creative entrepreneurial environment. - Basic physical requirements: sitting or standing for long periods of time, manual dexterity, confident use of basic hand tools, and able to lift 50 – 70 lbs.
- Technical requirements: Ability to perform advanced calculations with dimensions ranging from hundredths of an inch to thousandths of a micron. Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings. Understanding of machining materials and how to select and design tools. Basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM.
- Employment offer is contingent on passing background check and legally able to handle and possess firearms under all State and Federal laws, including 18 years old or older to apply.
