Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced remodeling salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in residential construction, particularly with kitchen and bath projects. This role will require that the candidate promote business development, secure sales contracts and be proactive in developing and maintaining leads and opportunities through outreach programs, professional affiliations, and meetings with interior designers, architects, property managers and others.
The position requires the highest level of excellent communication with our customers in addition to verifying the scope of work, working with the project manager on creating an estimate and subsequently preparing the proposal and other documentation needed for execution.
Responsibilities
- Work closely customers on various residential remodeling projects ranging from simple bathroom retrofits to complex multi-room renovation projects.
- Manage the early phase portion of the project from inception through preliminary estimating to contract execution. Salesperson will be responsible for verifying and documenting entire scope for hand-off to production team.
- Work closely with customer on finalizing all design items, issues and components and then coordinate with team/project manager on plans and specs.
- Learn to use the company's project management software for CRM tracking, proposal generation and making the project "go-live".
- Familiarize customers with the software's "Client Portal" to view progress photos, project schedule & budget, as well as execute change orders and view team-subcontractor communication.
- Work closely with the Financial Coordinator on required deposits and any other payment conditions.
- Assist sales team in weekly reporting and participate in all sales meetings.
- Learn to use company's 3D scanning software.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on-site.
Qualifications
- Experience in Construction roles with a focus on residential projects.
- Experience in sales and estimating with an understanding of project management.
- Team player who will work closely with a variety of in-house managers on a variety of items.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with customers and team members. Excellent speaking and writing skills in English.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Technology savvy individual who can adapt quickly to in-house software and technology.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.78 per hour
