DUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High school diploma or equivalent and at least one of the following:
Current nursing student who has minimally completed two semesters or has graduated from a Registered Nurse program. LPN, EMT, Paramedic, or Medical Assistant program completion.
Certification in Phlebotomy.
- Previous Clinical Tech experience.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to recognize differences in care of adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups.
- Experience in an acute care setting, preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
- Valid BLS certification or obtained during Patient Care Orientation.
