What are the responsibilities and job description for the Equipment Maintenance position at Hensa?
We are seeking reliable person to actively work and lead maintenance projects related to our Equipment and Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, and Electrical systems as a respected and integral member of our team! We are hiring one or more experienced persons. Training and engineering support will be provided. You will work with existing maintenance personnel and plant engineering.
Safe work practices are essential as is attendance, positive attitude, performance, and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Set-up, start-up, and oversee all repair and upgrade projects
- Align components using various measurement tools
- Follow procedures
- Inspect to confirm measurements and verify quality and accuracy; read drawings and take or read measurements to ensure correct work is complete
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing and metal forming is a plus
- Familiarity with tools, fixtures, and forming dies is a plus
- Must be capable to read and use drawings and sketches
- Have the ability to handle physical workload including standing, bending, lifting, reaching, and holding
- Experience with and ability to be certified/ recertified for forklift driving is a plus
