Minimum Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
  • Board certification Hospice and Palliative Medicine
  • Valid medical license to practice in the state of California.
  • Experience in hospice or palliative care settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fellowship training in Hospice and Palliative Medicine.
  • Experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of hospice regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the medical team in providing high-quality hospice care to patients.
  • Develop and review individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Conduct regular patient assessments and adjust care plans as necessary.
  • Provide education and support to families regarding end-of-life care options and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in hospice care.

Salary : $36,000 - $200,000
