Here are just a few of the things you will get to do:
- Provide operational support to the production administration office by creating and leading the fine detailed plans for the production department of HEPN.
- Lead fine planning by generating production orders for bulk orders and pack-out orders based on the production schedule and shipping schedule. This includes completing batch determinations and ensuring the orders are kicked off in a timely manner for production to run according to the provided production & shipping schedule.
- Monitor production on time metric and support improvements. Close attention to the dates on production orders is required to ensure proper fine planning.
- Establish, prepare, implement, revise, and maintain policies and procedures related to production and fine planning
- Complete reconciliation and SAP corrections for cycle counts, both scheduled cycle counts and “as needed” cycle counts.
- Run the Inventory Bay Tracker error report. Review errors found in the WH inventory bay tracker and align with SAP to close the disconnect. Correct SAP or inventory bay tracker as needed on a weekly basis. Communicate as required with Warehouse Manager.
- Serve as the backup for the Production Administrator and perform the job duties of the Production Administrator when they are unavailable.

- A High School Diploma or GED is required; basic data entry and reading skills allow the candidate to be successful.
- One or more years of experience in an administration or planning position is highly preferred. A combination of education and experience will also be taken into consideration.
- Self-starter with an attention to detail is required.
- Organizational skills, teamwork skills, and the ability to multi-task help make the candidate successful.
- Knowledge of SAP or ERP system is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (such as Outlook, excel, word, etc.) and additional basic computer entry is required.
