Cannabis Consultant Job Description
Responsibilities :
Customer Interaction :
Act as the dispensary's representative, greeting and assisting customers.
Verify customers' legal age by checking identification documents.
Product Knowledge and Sales :
Maintain extensive knowledge of available cannabis products.
Provide recommendations and advice on cannabis products, ensuring proper dosage and safety measures.
Facilitate sales transactions, ensuring correct cash handling.
Customer Service :
Deliver excellent customer service, adhering to sales techniques provided by management.
Achieve sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management.
Retail Operations :
Assist in retail activities, including stocking, inventory counting, delivery intake, merchandising, and displays.
Ensure the dispensary is clean, well-organized, and complies with safety and security guidelines.
Compliance and Safety :
Maintain safety and security standards.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Additional Responsibilities :
Perform transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Assist with management in various retail activities.
Complete assigned duties, including stocking, counting inventory, assisting with delivery intake, merchandising, and displays.
Perform other duties as assigned.
