Full-Time Hourly Position ranging from $5.00-$8.00 DOE tips plus benefits.Located in Santa Fe, NM. Working out of our Eldorado Hotel & Spa.

Essential Duties:
- Be comfortable speaking on and selling New Mexican wines and spirits specific to the area.
- Communicate daily with hotel/restaurant/kitchen leadership regarding job assignments and required timeframe.
- Maintain high level of positive and professional approach with employees, coworkers, and guests.
- Check identification to ensure minimum age requirements are met for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
- Passionately deliver refined, seamless service.
- Greet guests promptly and warmly, ensuring a smooth and friendly start to their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of all bar and lounge areas, including ice bins, shelving, stainless steel, mixers, cups, blenders, and soda guns.
- Uphold company drink & food safety, food handling, cleanliness, and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff.

Requirements:- Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights.
- Ability to work on your feet in humid kitchen environment for eight hours or more.
- Must be able to lift/push/reach for/carry 10 pounds frequently.
- Excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask.
- 6 months to 1 year or equivalent combination of education and experience; high volume and/or fine dining experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience/training.
