What You'll Do :

Find New Opportunities : Generate sales through door-to-door efforts, networking, and referrals.
Assess and Address Needs : Complete no obligation roofing inspections to accurately identify and meet customer needs.
Build Relationships : Cultivate strong, long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Work as a Team : Collaborate with the team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional service.

What We're Looking For :

Must Have : A pickup truck (required) or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire.

Must Have : A valid driver's license and be comfortable working at heights.

Experience : Project management experience is a plus. Sales experience is helpful but not required.

Skills : Strong focus on customer service, relationship-building, and networking.

Drive : A “hunter mentality” with ambition, motivation, and a strong work ethic.

Attitude : A coachable, self-starter with a team-oriented mindset.

A Typical Day : Morning :

Prospecting new leads, inspecting roofs, assisting homeowners with claims.

Lunch :

Meetings and pre-call planning.

Afternoon :

Continued prospecting, roof inspections, and assisting homeowners with claims.

Week :

Monday through Friday (weekend work as needed).

Aim to file 5 claims per week .

Base pay plus commission for the first 90 days , then transition to commission-only with unlimited earning potential.

Year 1 : $150k–$200k.

Year 2 and Beyond : $200k .

Top 10 Reps : Earn $300k .

Top 5 Reps : Earn $500k .
