Heritage Home Health and Hospice is currently looking for a Full time Hospice RN to join our team in Sulphur Springs Tx. To service Sulphur Springs and surrounding areas. Monday - Friday with some rotating call on weekdays and weekend. Pay is competitive and based on experience.
Essential Functions:
- Ability to administer skilled nursing care for clients of all ages in their place of residence.
- Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family and referring agency.
