Our Dining Services Director Will:
- Inspire the dining services team to provide excellent customer service, leading by example.
- Lead the Dining Services team aligned with our Core Values of Compassion, Respect, Trust, Fun, and Always Learning!
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, associates, and vendors.
- Create fresh high-quality menus for daily meals, catering, and special events. Modify the menus based upon food trends, costs, local tastes, seasonal availability, dietary restrictions, and resident preferences.
- Train and develop dining staff to create stellar experiences for our residents.
- Manage supplies, schedules, equipment, budgets, processes, and procedures that enhance the resident experience and meets state and federal guidelines.
