Our Executive Director Will:
- Lead and grow all aspects of our local operations.
- Build strong relationships in a positive environment throughout the community.
- Coach and develop associates as leaders and healthcare professionals.
- Oversee provision of services and overall well-being of community members.
- Work closely with residents and families in meeting their individualized needs.
- Design innovative programs and services that enhance the resident experience.
- Develop processes and procedures that build operational continuity, efficiency, safety and meet state and federal guidelines.
