Our Maintenance Director Will:
- Manage a team of maintenance assistants, drivers, and vendors to ensure superior building, equipment, community property and grounds maintenance.
- Coach and develop associates as building maintenance professionals.
- Work closely with local teams to ensure we meet the individualized needs of our residents.
- Oversee and manage budgets, and work with vendors/contractors for all building repairs, remodels, landscaping, and other projects.
- Develop processes and procedures that build operational continuity, efficiency, safety and meet state and federal guidelines.
- Build strong relationships based on compassion, respect, and trust in a positive team environment throughout the community.
