Our Resident Care Coordinator Will:

  • Work closely with the Director of Healthcare to recreate a bi-weekly schedule for all shifts.
  • Ensure all resident documents are kept up to date with care and services being provided per both the Resident Service Agreement and state regulations.
  • Provide assistance to residents in daily live activities including the administration of medicine.
  • Serve as a shift lead, also overseeing the supply inventory for the Nursing department.
  • Build strong relationships in a positive environment throughout the community.
