Compensation and benefits include the following:
• $135,000-$160,000 annual salary
• Signing bonuses up to $15,000
• Relocation reimbursement up to $10,000
• Monthly bonus plan up to $3,000
• Up to $1,000 per year in CE reimbursement
• Professional fees, dues, and licenses reimbursed

You will be responsible for the following:
• Help kids and their parents to develop excellent habits in vision health
• Lead an engaged team of vision professionals with support and partnership from your management and operations teams
• Provide diagnosis and comprehensive professional vision treatment plans to your patients to help them achieve optimal vision health, using accepted clinical and diagnostic techniques
• Arrange for referral to vision specialists when appropriate
You will be required to possess the following:
• Doctor of Optometry from accredited program
• A passion for improving kids’ vision health
• Active or pending state license
• Strong interpersonal skills and the desire for professional growth
• Be organized and possess a superior knowledge of vision
This position requires full range of body motion. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, walk and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to handle or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 25 pounds.
Salary : $135,000 - $160,000
