Hero Practice Services and Pediatric Dental Group is seeking an Oral Surgeon to provide preventive and restorative dental care for pediatric patients on permanent teeth whose primary focus is exodontia.

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate solid skills in dentistry as consistent with dental board practices including but not limited to exodontia.
- Competently examine patients, diagnose diseases and effectively treat and perform all necessary procedures
- Comprehensive documentation of patient visit, including but not limited to patient consents, clinically appropriate radiographs, medical history review, occlusion assessment, periodontal assessment, oral cancer screening, complete patient notes by end of day
- Educates parents and patients regarding all aspects of treatment and stays informed on the latest dental treatment techniques
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited U.S. Dental School
- Current unrestricted dentist license in the state where the practice is located
- Medicaid Provider number and NPI number, preferred
