Job Description:
As a Luxury Automotive Sales Consultant at Herrin-Gear INFINITI, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and delivering an exceptional buying experience to our valued customers. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of luxury vehicles, assisting customers in finding the perfect INFINITI that suits their needs and desires.
Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
2. Provide expert knowledge about INFINITI vehicles, including features, benefits, and options.
3. Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential buyers.
4. Present pricing and financing options clearly and professionally.
5. Negotiate sales contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
6. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
7. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the dealership.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.
9. Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve dealership goals.
10. Uphold the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Prior automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in using CRM and sales software.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
