What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dining Room Supervisor - No late nights position at Hershey's Mill Golf Club?
Flexible Work Schedule. Days and evenings, including weekends and holidays. Prefers a minimum of three years’ experience in the hospitality industry at a fine dining establishment or a private country club.
Daily Duties:
Check voicemail for reservations. Inspect all dining rooms daily before opening and after closing to make sure the proper set-up is complete.
Set up server station in the dining room. The hostess will coordinate the opening and closing of stations with management.
Prepare menus with any specials for the day and evening menus.
Monitor side-work, cleaning and set-up responsibilities for the wait staff.
Handle members’ special requests (i.e., birthday cakes, high chairs, etc.).
Handle member complaints that servers are unable to handle and determine whether or not a manager's assistance is required.
Assist in bussing and setting up when necessary.
Answer the phone in a professional manner and take reservations.
Check all servers out at the end of the shift making sure their side work and stations are complete.
Perform all other duties assigned and as directed by management.
Maintain an attitude of total teamwork with fellow employees and management.
Works closely with the Assistant Manager and Executive Chef to ensure member satisfaction.
Ensure that the highest level of service is provided to the membership with professionalism and integrity.

Salary: $17.00 to $18.00 /hour
