Hewlett Volkswagen in Georgetown, Texas is currently hiring for an Express Service Advisor with a proven track record in customer service.

Candidates must have good computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are also a must. CDK experience is preferred but not necessary. Bi-Lingual a Plus.
Essential Duties
- Promptly meet and greet customers on the service drive in a friendly and professional manner
- Represent the dealership in a positive manner; providing exceptional personalized service to our customers
- Properly greet and assist all customers calling the dealership regarding service needs
- Clearly outline customer needs on the repair order with efficiency/accuracy
- Research vehicle service history, inspect the vehicle, and recommends additional needed services
- Advise the customer of the importance of properly caring for their vehicle and the value of maintaining their vehicle
- Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
- Establish a "promise time" and follow up as needed
- Effectively communicate with the technicians working on the customer's vehicle
- Monitor the progress of the vehicle throughout the visit; keeping the customer informed of the status of their vehicle
- During the service visit and once completed, meet with the customer and thoroughly review the work performed
- Obtain necessary payment and signatures from the customer
- Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty, and genuine concern for customers
- Maintain the highest customer service standards

- Valid driver's license and good driving record
