Responsibilities Include
- Is recognized as an advanced individual contributor and is considered a subject matter expert within the discipline
- Has strong leadership skills and may mentor a group of peers
- Begins expanding capabilities across various areas of expertise
- Interacts with solution development and product ownership teams to give feedback, discuss and document design issues, investigate problems, and develop
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of the organization’s products and/or services
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and effectively communicates with internal and external stakeholders
- Analyzes and tests software to ensure that products meet design specifications and are within total quality management limits and standards
- Actively participates in the entire software development life cycle, including developing quality standards through participation in initial software development
- Accurately documents activities, processes, and test outcomes
- May develop customized test procedures for the organization’s products
- Recognized as a skilled specialist in at least one PPM solution and its supporting technologies
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of multiple PPM solutions
- Serves as a subject matter expert to help drive changes and improvements to PPM solutions
- Contributes to scheduled status updates on critical issues to PPM and customer management
- Develops a strong proficiency in Customer Relationship Management systems
- May conduct customer training when required
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer/Mechanical/Structural/Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline, with 6 years of related experience.
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps and Microsoft Test Manager a plus.
- Working knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems and relational databases (ORACLE, MSSQL Server) a plus.
- Working knowledge of agile software development methodology (scrum) a plus.
