Key Responsibilities Include :
General :
- Monthly closing of the books - booking journal entries, account reconciliations, balance sheet and P&L analysis
- Expense allocations
- Occupancy related costs accounting and analysis
- Fixed asset accounting
- Broker Dealer accounting; includes Revenue coordination with deal team, expenses, work papers, regulatory filing, etc.
- Coordination with internal and external auditors
- Leveraging reporting systems, e.g. Essbase, Sigma and other reporting tools to support ad hoc requests. Requires attention to detail at granular levels.
- Management of expense forecasting and budgeting
- Sarbanes Oxley compliance
- Ad hoc requests
