Job Description:
- Design, develop, and implement Managed File Transfer solutions using industry-standard tools and protocols.
- Strong knowledge of MFT tools and technologies like IBM Sterling
- Monitor and maintain MFT systems to ensure reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand data transfer requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to file transfers, connectivity, and performance.
- Experience with file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, AS2, etc.).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Shell scripting).
- Develop and maintain documentation for MFT processes, configurations, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices for data transfers.
- Perform regular audits and assessments of MFT systems to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Provide support and training to end-users on MFT processes and tools.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Managed File Transfer and related field
