Heyde Sewing Machine Co. in Saint Louis, MO is looking for one Sales manager to join our 12 person strong team. We are located on 11960 Tesson Ferry. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- strong sales knowledge and training ability to assist the retail store in achieving sales goals.
- Retail Sales / Managing Retail business.
- A good attitude.
- Ability to generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
- A good work ethic and ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday and some Saturdays. Able and willing to work overtime on an “as needed” basis.
- Ability to lift 70 pounds.
- Familiar with computers and Excel
- Sewing machine experience would be a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
Willing to learn all products.
Responsibilities Include;
Mentor Sales team of 12 employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives. Interact with retail customers of Sewing machines, sewing cabinets / furniture, and sales, and Help with inventory and purchasing. Keeping the Store organized and decorating.
3 years' of sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
