What to Expect / A Day in the Life:
- You’ll be part of a close-knit, highly skilled team working around the country at customer sites
- Expect a fast-paced but structured environment where safety and quality come first
- You’ll collaborate daily with engineers, crew members, customers, and technicians to meet production and project goals
- This is role has a fluctuating schedule where travel is required for 85% of the year
- You’ll work with state-of-the-art equipment and play a hands-on role in the manufacturing of industry-leading machines
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Lead mechanical installation, maintenance, and construction projects
- Coordinate daily work plans with the Senior Foreman
- Serve as night-shift foreman when required
- Enforce job-site safety and quality standards
- Maintain consistent workflow and minimize downtime
- Monitor and manage tools and equipment
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting pay: $28/hour

Requirements
** This position will be subject to a probationary period. During this time, performance and suitability for the position will be evaluated. - Enjoy solving real-world problems with your hands and your head

- Are reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in high-quality work
- Communicate effectively and work well on a team
- Must be in commutable distance to Topeka, Kansas, United States
- Bring experience in
- Operating forklifts, cranes, and aerial lifts
- Heavy machinery installations
- Ability to travel and work overtime as needed
- Ability to lead a team and coordinate schedules
- Execute high priority tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- AutoCAD experience preferred
