Requirements:
- Must have a real estate sales license.
- Become an MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and Realtor Member.
- Able to demonstrate and self-manage your business for prospecting, negotiating, and communicating with clients of residential and commercial properties.
- On-point and responsive.
- Utilize technology, computers, printers, scanners, email, cell phones, and technology applications.
- Must display strong interpersonal skills and possess a customer service mindset.
- Adhere to HFM business policies and regulations.
