Responsibilities:
- Develop Growth Strategy: Design and implement the community’s growth strategy and objectives, ensuring alignment with the organization’s broader goals.
- Content Creation & Management: Plan, create, and publish engaging community content—including articles, images, and videos—that attract, retain, and inspire members.
- Operations & Goal Setting: Oversee the operational planning of the community platform and work toward achieving key operational targets.
- User Engagement & Strategy: Formulate and execute user engagement strategies, manage core user relationships, and identify and cultivate connections with key community members.
- Culture & Brand Building: Shape a supportive and inclusive community culture by organizing trending topics, activities, and events that strengthen the brand and inspire engagement.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 years in community operations, community growth, or a related field.
- Insight & Adaptability: Strong understanding of mainstream user trends, culture, and preferences.
- Other Skills: Proven ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and lead with a strong sense of responsibility.
