Responsibilities:
- Directs incoming calls and records visitor information, inquiries and/or needs
- Greet and guide visitors to the correct department
- Assist with administration, HR, and purchasing management
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)
- Ability to communicate effectively and in a respectful manner
- HR, Accounting or other business related degree or pursuing one
