```Duties:```
- Supervise and manage a team of general managers and their respective teams
- Oversee the operations and performance of multiple locations within the region
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
- Lead and support business development initiatives to expand market presence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and operational efficiency
- Provide guidance and support to general managers and respective teams in resolving complex issues and challenges
- Conduct regular performance & property evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to ensure team success on daily/weekly basis

- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a regional manager or similar position
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving sales growth and achieving profit targets
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business success
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze financial data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Proven track record in business development, including identifying new opportunities and cultivating relationships with key clients
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team towards achieving common goals
