Member Care Admin
Role: Ensure membership satisfaction through effective communication with HIA-LI Members and assist with event planning, execution, and committee correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
Database & Member Communication:
- Welcome new members and update profiles via database
- Manage membership communications and benefit blasts.
- Answer general membership questions
Event Assistance:
- Register participants and communicate with registrants
- Assist event staff with event set up/breakdown
Office Administration:
- Answer calls and handle mail.
- Maintain office and conference room organization.
Committee Support:
- Create committee flyers/agendas
- Send out agendas via email

This role is currently part-time with the opportunity to become full-time
