Minimum Age: 16
Pay Rate: $9/hr
Job Description:
· Find contestants for on-field games and between inning contests.
· Prepare props and promotional materials for contests.
· Help on-field host with execution of games and getting contestants on and off the field.
· Assist in running pre-game activities including first pitches and first swing.
· Help with post-game activities such as Launch-A-Ball and Kids Run the Bases as necessary.
· Work with community members of all ages and abilities as well as other staff members.
· Be courteous, friendly, reliable, and punctual.
Qualifications:
· Strong communication skills and customer service.
· Must be well organized and flexible to meet time, priority and workload demands.
· Must be able to lift, pull push and/or carry 50 pounds as necessary.
· Ability to stand, sit and walk for up to 6-8 hours.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
· Team player
