HiFyve is hiring a Production Supervisor in the Food Manufacturing industry in Minneapolis, MN!
Salary : $80,000 / year
Shift : 5 : 00 PM 5 : 00 AM (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and alternating Sundays)
Location : Minneapolis, MN
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee production processes to ensure equipment operates efficiently and is properly cleaned and sanitized. Coordinate timely repairs for equipment failures.
- Promote a culture of safety, enforce safety rules, and conduct accident investigations to ensure rapid reporting and resolution.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality regulations by administering company policies, procedures, and food safety programs.
- Manage production schedules to meet customer demand, productivity targets, and production deadlines. Ensure materials and ingredients are prepared for production runs.
- Foster positive working relationships with team members, resolve employee grievances, and ensure fair and consistent application of policies and work rules.
- Supervise team activities such as performance evaluations, training, coaching, employee promotions, and timekeeping.
- Uphold company standards for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and sanitation requirements.
