We are currently hiring Precast Form Builder to join our 1st-shift - 7:30AM start operations in Springboro, OH.
Pay Rates start at $20.00 per hour and up depending on experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Constructing forms from blueprints for the production of precast concrete pieces inside our facility
- Managing all aspects of the layout, cutting of raw materials, assembly of forms, nailing, measuring and confirming dimensional layouts
- Ensuring the support of precast piece detail changes to ensure the team meets the daily production schedule.
- previous carpentry, cabinet-making, construction or framing experience
- experience reading and interpreting blueprints
- basic math skills along with the ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16th of an inch
- proven experience using handheld carpentry and power tools to build structures
