Our knowledgeable representatives are committed to total patient satisfaction. Answer questions about primary care providers, referral status, provide community resources and event information, explain the grievance and appeal process. Listen, communicate your concerns and advocate on patient's behalf to provide a resolution. Works towards diffusing situations, assists with coordinating care, entering concerns, inquiries and compliments in appropriate databases.
Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional skills required:Must have excellent customer service skills, work well with others, have great listening skills and be able to work towards a resolution when concerns are presented.
