The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the PACE program meets regulatory requirements and delivers high-quality care to its participants.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of PACE business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending solutions.
- Collaborate with PACE program staff, healthcare providers, and IT professionals to develop and implement process improvements.
- Gather and analyze data to support decision-making and strategic planning for the PACE program.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to monitor the performance and effectiveness of the PACE program.
- Ensure that all business processes comply with federal and state regulations and PACE program requirements.
- Lead or support project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments and stakeholders within the PACE program.
- Provide training and support to PACE staff on new processes, tools, and best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in healthcare and business analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project).
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance, particularly related to PACE programs.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.).
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance, particularly related to PACE programs.
- Project management experience and familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
