What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver position at High Desert Produce?
High Desert Produce is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver for our Redmond location. Steady year-round work with a growing, locally owned produce company. Tuesday - Saturday schedule with 3am start times.
This position is responsible for packaging, palletizing, loading and delivering customer orders in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of related work experience, preferably in a wholesale environment.
- Carry a valid driver's license
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, such a
- Maintain a friendly demeanor and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a steady pace and deliver orders in a timely manner
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklift, pallet jack, etc.
- Ability to work in a team environment, switching tasks efficiently as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 60lbs on a regular and consistent basis an able to work in a cold environment
